A Health Savings Account (HSA) is a tax-exempt trust or custodial account established exclusively for the purpose of paying or reimbursing qualified medical expenses of you, your spouse, and your dependents.
Arthur State Bank now offers these accounts to qualified customers. Each Health Savings Account will be charged a $5.00 monthly fee. This fee will be waived when the account has an average balance of $1,500 or
the customer has a Certificate of Deposit with $10,000 or more.
