Terri H. Foster has spent most of her career in the trust and probate field. Joining Arthur State Bank Trust Department in early 2024, Terri has been serving clients in the Spartanburg and Lexington markets with all their trust needs, as well as probate matters to include estates and conservatorships.
Professional Background
Before coming to Arthur State Bank Trust Department, Terri retired from McQueen Law Firm, where she managed the probate and conservatorship practice and spent time meeting with clients to determine their trust needs and drafting documents under the guidance of Art McQueen, one of Spartanburg’s prominent estate and tax attorneys.

Community Involvement
Terri has served on the board of the Spartanburg Repertory Company, where she performed with the Company in local theatre productions, both opera as well as musical theatre. She has served as both President as well as on the Advisory Committee for the Christian Women’s Club, and on the Steering Committee for the Gathering of Women. She’s a member of the Spartanburg Sertoma Club. She has served as both a children’s choir leader and a youth leader at Morningside Baptist Church.
Personal Life
Terri resides in the Roebuck area of Spartanburg with her husband, Miller, and has two children, Chip and Anna-Claire. Terri and Miller run Foster Farms, where they raise Hereford Beef Cattle. Both Terri and Miller are active members of Christ Church in Greenville, SC.
