Who’s Eligible?
- Military (Active Duty & Veterans)
- Law Enforcement
- Fire & Rescue
- Educators
Mortgage Terms
- 95% of sales price or valuation (whichever is lower).
- 5% down payment (can be earned money or a gift).
- Rate adjusts periodically after fixed rate for 5 or 10 years; flexible terms.
- Minimum loan amount is $50,000; maximum is $1.5 million.
- No origination fee.
- No private mortgage insurance (PMI).
